About me

I'm Nicolás. I live in Santiago, Chile. For just over a decade I've been building things on the internet — sites, apps, digital products — and helping teams keep tech and business moving together.

I'm a software engineer by training and a digital forensics expert. I work with Chilean companies on practical cybersecurity, forensic analysis and applied AI. I've served as a technical expert on television programs and as a regular commentator on fraud and digital security.

What I'm doing now

Three fronts. Apollo.TI is my own consultancy — software, cybersecurity and digital forensics. sUPs is an agency I started with partners, helping content creators and the live-music scene in Chile. And as Head of Digital Marketing at RedSalud, I run part of the national digital strategy.

Soon joining the Chilean Judiciary as a digital forensics expert; in recent years I've been working privately in that same field.

Before that

Disney, Fox and CDF. At Disney LATAM, almost four years in digital strategy for regional advertisers — custom plans, ongoing advisory, post-campaign analysis. Earlier, at Fox and CDF, I moved between scheduling, operations and internal automation. And my very first job, at 15, was flipping burgers at McDonald's.

Worth mentioning

Leading the relaunch of redsalud.cl is one of the projects I'm most proud of. It's now one of Chile's most-visited health sites.

I've been a technical advisor for TV reporting at TVN (Informe Especial) and Chilevisión when they needed expert opinion on cybersecurity, and I've worked as an advisor at several government ministries.
